What ingredients are in the cookies and what flavors do you offer?

Unbleached flour, butter, sugar, eggs, salt and vanilla extract. Our icing includes: powdered sugar, meringue powder, cream of tartar, water, vanilla extract and artificial food coloring. A list of ingredients will be provided with each order. Even if a cookie doesn't have peanuts, it is produced in a kitchen with peanuts. Allergens: nut, wheat, egg, and dairy.

All cookies are vanilla sugar cookie and vanilla royal icing.

Do you make gluten-free, dairy-free or egg-less cookies?

We do not offer gluten-free, dairy-free or eggless cookies at this time.

Do you elaborate more desserts?

We only elaborate and specialize on decorated sugar cookies.

What is the minimum order?

Our minimum order is 2 dozen cookies.

24-59 cookies / limited design from 1-4 designs.

60+ cookies / limited design from 1-6 designs.

How long in advanced should I order?

We request that orders are submitted at least 4-6 weeks or more in advance of the date you will need your cookies. (We don't have express ordering, decorated cookies take at least 5 business days to elaborate). We accept orders up to 8 months in advanced.

How long does it take to elaborate a custom order?

Every cookie is elaborate from scratch in order to fulfill our Cookie Jar promise. Custom orders take up to 5 business days to be ready for pick up, delivering or shipping. Take extra 4-5 business days in consideration if your cookies will be shipped via USPS.

How much do you charge for cookies?

What packaging options do you have?

How do I pay my order?

An initial non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total cost is required to confirm and hold a reservation. An order is not considered active until payment is received. It is accepted via Zelle to (520) 331-0213 sharetheartofcookies@gmail.com or PayPal to thecookiejar1@hotmail.com

Do you offer delivery?

Do you ship cookies?

We only ship in the state of Arizona.

When is the balance due?

Balance is due in full a day before pick up., This applies for deliveries within 50 miles of Rancho Sahuarita AZ, 85629. Shipped custom orders balance is due in full a week before shipping date.

What is your refund / cancellation policy?

Changes and cancellations are accepted 10 days prior to scheduled pick up time. No refunds will be provided for any payments made on the order, no matter the amount. if canceled at least 10 days in advance we will be happy to transfer any payment made on that order to another order within 3 months from that date. In the event of an emergency, should we fail to deliver your cookies on the date requested a refund for the full amount will be issued to you.
